Orange chicken was breaded and buried in thick orange sauce. Expected thin chicken sliced with orange sauce and vegetables ..received 1 piece of broccoli

I ordered CHICKEN lo mein...you sent shrimp lo mein...The person I ordered it for has a SEAFOOD ALLERGY! UGH
